Shipping & Returns Information

Free Standard Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping to most locations.

Delivery Timeframes:

While specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to our global network of over 50 printing locations, we process orders on the same day and aim to print within 4 days. Most orders are delivered within 7 days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

With a network of printers in the UK, EU, and worldwide, orders are typically printed at the nearest location to minimize customs or import fees in the UK, EU, US, and Australia. However, please check our customs note for more information.

Customs:

Shipments may face customs delays outside our control. Non-EU shipments might incur duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. Customs policies vary, so we recommend contacting local authorities for information.

Incorrect Address/Non-Collection:

If shipments are returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, additional postage charges will apply for resending.

Returns:

You can return items within 30 working days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided they are in original condition.

Damaged Goods:

If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours for a replacement.

Return Postage:

Customers bear the shipping costs for returns, unless the items are faulty or our error. We advise using registered post as we aren't liable for lost/damaged items in transit. Postage is refundable only for faulty items or errors on our part.
